What is your turn around time?
We guarantee real estate photos within 24-48 hours. We do our best to deliver videos as fast as possible - our standard turnaround is 2-3 business days for video, though we can rush delivery when requested.
Are you guys licensed and insured?
Our business and team is licensed and insured. Our pilots are licensed with FAA Part 107 certifications. You can trust our team to be professional and respectful on every shoot.
How do I book services? What's the easiest way?

We will follow up with you same-day with a booking confirmation via text, phone, and/or email.
You are welcome to contact directly your account manager for booking a shoot, though we still require the form to make sure the details and information is correct for the booking to be created. If you aren't currently set up with an account manager, let us know and we'll connect you to yours.
What is the cancellation or postponement policy?
We understand schedules can be hectic and weather can be unpredictable. We understand neither of us can control the weather, so we try our best to be as accommodating as possible if notice is given that we want to push out the shoot. If your staging or property is delayed, please give us notice well ahead of time.
We required minimum 24 hour notice to reschedule at no charge. We always try to accommodate - however, if our team is not notified and we show up and the house is not ready to shoot, we charge the 25% deposit as a cancellation or postponement fee.

Your content is all taken by our in-house media team whom are vetted and highly-trained to produce consistent results. We have a dedicated editing team whom will produce the highest-quality edits through a thorough QA process. You will receive your beautifully, edited content as soon as next day.
Your drone videos are all produced by our in-house drone pilots. This team is vetted and highly-trained to consistently produce the best drone services for your investment. We are always innovating on new ways of shooting and editing so your content is fresh when shared online and posted on social media.
